Services
LeadHunterX provides website design and development, lead-generation tools, and related digital services for local service businesses. The specific scope, deliverables, and timeline for any engagement are set out in a separate proposal or agreement between you and us. We may modify or discontinue features of our services at any time.
Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate, complete information and materials needed to deliver the services.
- Obtain any rights or permissions required for content you supply to us.
- Use our website and services only for lawful purposes.
Payment
Fees, billing frequency, and payment terms are as stated in your proposal or agreement. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, invoices are due upon receipt. Late or unpaid amounts may result in suspension of services.
Warranties & Disclaimers
Our website and services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or produce any particular business result.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LEADHUNTERX SYSTEMS will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the services giving rise to the claim.
SMS / Text Messaging Terms
Where you opt in to receive text messages from LeadHunterX, you agree to the following. Messages are sent using LeadConnector, our third-party messaging platform (independent software vendor), on our behalf.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
Message frequency varies. Message & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the applicable laws of Canada, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in British Columbia, Canada.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when the updated Terms are posted on this page, with a revised effective date. Your continued use of our website or services after that constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
